TRUST FORMATION HISTORY AND PRESENT LIST OF TRUSTEES

1. The IEA-18thIEC Trust (hereafter called the Trust) was formed during 1991 and 1992 when its Constitution was finalised. The Trust was subsequently registered with Sub-Registrar Delhi under Registration no 1492(IV) dated 09 April 1992 under Indian Registration Act

2. The “Settlor” of the Trust was Dr FN Kohiyar, Mumbai and the Trustees were:

6. President of IEA-ex officio
7. Secretary-General of IEA –ex officio

9. Dr EP Bharucha(for 3 years i.e.1992-1995)
